Well I’ve had an interesting week. Easter was awesome fun, after all the cleaning I talked about last week, as my in laws, including my nieces, and my parents came over on the Sunday and we had a big American breakfast (a tradition started when The Viking lived in the US) and then all went to the oval near our house which has been all built up. “So what makes salad, salad?” Bren and I pondered this precise question at a cheap little pizzeria near home. Having managed to wrangle an impromptu Date Night (thanks, Granddad!) we dragged our slightly exhausted, moderately disheveled and ravenously hungry bodies into the night.
