When we are young, we often don’t think about the person we will be when we are 30 or 40. In fact, we don’t even think of ourselves reaching that age. Too Young For War, And Now (Perhaps) Too Old

I was born in 1966. My brother, who is 21 years older than me, was in the Army at that time. He had been conscripted to serve during the Vietnam War. As circumstances would have it, he was badly injured in an accident before he was shipped overseas and was discharged from the Army.
