By tradition, the opposition in parliament always has a “right of reply” to the Treasurer’s budget speech. In the reply, the opposition is given the chance to outline what they would do instead…well, this is my Right Of Reply. These are the things that I would do if I was in charge of the budget and the nation. End all the handouts I would scrap all of them.
