Today’s guest post from Claire Wallace: As consumers, we are faced with an avalanche of choices at the supermarket or grocer, particularly as more and more of us are concerned about making ethical purchasing decisions. Eggs are an especially fierce battleground for consumers’ choices – a battleground that is becoming hazier by the day.
